VISION 50 ULTIMATE BIRTH

The project was born with the precise idea to realize an entry level helicopter. The first project aimed to produce a machine with some key lines: Easy to assemble Easy to upkeep Easily to find spare parts Light Fast and precise, much more than any other competition machine you can find on the market. The industrial project and in particular Vision 50 Ultimate was born based on these guide-lines:

THINK DIFFERENT, MAKE DIFFERENT

We analyzed the different solutions offered on the market. So we realized that the technical solutions applied, even if trendy, had nothing to deal with the structural needs of a 3D helicopter.  The first idea was to have a 2 sides structure. It was immediately rejected because it did not satisfy the minimum requests of cross-rigidity.  In fact the helicopter needs this kind of rigidity, not a longitudinal one. This is much true in 3D flight. Based on this Vision 50 Ultimate structure was born. Its superior frame creates a transversal structure. The result is a fast and powerful machine. Or pilots proved that it’s the fastest collective on the market.

MAIN ROTOR HEAD

We thought to use a washout mixer, but thanks to measurements and computer simulations we found out that we faced transmission delays up to 60 ms. Moreover adding levers meant higher delay and imprecision. It was not acceptable for us.  We choose a moving flybar and direct command of servos on cyclic with a 1:1 ratio. The result was higher than our expectation. Once more our pilots stated that Vision 50 Ultimate is the fastest and most precise helicopter.

Even in this case the solutions are very easy. Kit assembling and maintenance is very simple and quick. The best for the 1st experience.

COMPATIBILITY AND INTERCHANGEABLE

ElyQ is a new company in 3D sector. We realized that the market could like a sane competition on spare parts: good quality, always available and cheap.  Even in this case we followed these guidelines and we based it on the most dispread model in the world. Most of the components are available on the market. This gives the opportunity to our customers to test our quality.
