ARRMA® introduces a modular design that facilitates easy component access and maintenance. The detachable power module, featuring an improved dirt management system, includes the motor with ARRMA® heatsink and cooling fan, motor plate, slipper clutch assembly, and gear cover. A single screw allows the removal of the power module as a complete unit, enabling quick access to the slipper clutch for adjustments by removing three screws on the gear cover. The sliding motor mesh design further refines the gear ratio.
The electronics module, a two-piece molding screwed to the truck's chassis, incorporates a waterproof receiver box, servo mount, and ESC tray. The SLR300 receiver finds protection from dirt and moisture within the receiver box. The ultra-compact ESC is easily accessible on top of the module, providing quick access to the on/off switch, while the servo mounts to the side. All three components can be removed together effortlessly.
The differential module introduces an innovative yoke design housing each differential unit. The full-time 4WD transmission relies on sturdy front, rear, and centerline telescopic driveshafts, eliminating the risk of losing parts during heavy impacts compared to traditional dogbones. A reliable and responsive steering assembly, complemented by a servo horn with a built-in servo saver, ensures precision in steering. The SENTON 4X4 3S BLX RTR now includes the waterproof Spektrum SPMS651 metal-geared digital servo, delivering 15% more torque than its predecessor, the ADS-7M servo.
Self-bleeding, oil-filled shocks, now with silicone O-rings, adopt a proven coil-over design for straightforward maintenance and outstanding handling. The innovative rod-end design features a molded-in spring perch for added toughness. Extended height dirt defenders and a closely fitted body reduce the ingress of dirt and debris into the chassis tub. Both front and rear bumpers provide reliable defense against impacts.
