5 Consider this to resolve a stripped gear, it's a less expensive option than replacing the servo.

There are a number components that are prone to failure following a crash, the DS76 being one of them and the most common failure being a stripped tooth on one of the gears. This gear set is a less expensive option to resolve this than replacing the entire servo. The process is a little fiddly but fairly straight forward, pay attention to two points:
1) There is a small washer on the third gear
2) The last gear that has the servo arm spline needs particular attention that is not entirely obvious, there is a small post and two stops on the servo case that need correct orientation. Failure to do this may result in the travel of the arm being restricted and the servo motor overheating. This is covered in a YouTube video that worth a view:
