We aim to get every order our as soon as we can, however there are certain circumstances that cuase shipping delays

If you items were on a 1-2 Day Status this does mean we need a couple of days to process the order, as we operate over two warehouses and not everything is contained in the main shipping warehouse

If you Ordered an item on Back Order , then this will delay the order till the missing items are in stock, we allow back orders so customers can reserve products ahead of time

If however your order was more than two days, but not counting the weekend, drop us a message with your order number and we will get back to you on where the order is
