Description
This 1/10 scale 2WD short course truck is built as an accessible first step into SCT-style bashing, with a Dynamite 15T brushed motor and waterproof electronics that tolerate wet grass and puddles. It's supplied ready to run apart from a battery pack and charger, and its short course tyres give it decent grip on dirt, gravel and grass alike.
About the ECX Torment
The ECX Torment is a 1/10 scale 2WD short course truck, styled after full-size Short Course race trucks with wide, chunky tyres for grip on loose and uneven surfaces.
It drives through a straightforward 2WD layout with waterproof electronics protecting the receiver and ESC, so a bit of mud or a wet lawn shouldn't cause problems, and the chassis is set up to handle the knocks of everyday bashing.
A Dynamite 15T brushed motor paired with a waterproof 60A ESC gives it enough pace to be fun without being intimidating for a newer driver, and it accepts either a 2S LiPo or a 6-7 cell NiMH/NiCd pack, so there's some flexibility in how you power it. It's better suited to a park, garden or informal track than serious competition, and a battery pack and charger still need to be bought separately.
