  • £3.99 Tracked Delivery standard delivery if it's less time sensitive (free on orders over £100)

  • Items showing 'in stock' are available for same day shipping, items marked for '1-2 Days' will arrive in within a few days.

   

• Just a few points to note:

  • 1. Our express delivery is a next working day service, and does not guarantee delivery over the weekend or bank holidays.
  • 2. Some items (eg Batteries) cannot ship via standard delivery, so you will only be able to select express delivery for these items.
  • 3. Fuel or Hazardous items like rockets and Sparys can only ship with a Fuel Courier such as DHL Local.
  • 4. International shipping costs calculated at checkout. 
  • Whilst we aim to dispatch all in stock orders same day placed before 3pm, we cannot always guarantee this.
  • Sometimes orders may be upgraded to a courier where they are large or too valuable for our Royal Mail service, this is normally done automatically. No additional Charges are required for this.
  • for UK orders over £500 may be sent through a PIN coded DPD, in which case we may require a mobile number to have DPD send a PIN code.

   

• 28 Day Returns Policy

  Need to return an item? No problem

  We’re happy to offer a full credit on account for unused items returned within 28 days of your order date. This does not affect your statutory rights.

• Please do send through the item with your original order number and drop us an email to sales@align-trex.co.uk just to let us know before sending through.
