Description
The FTX Outback Mini XP Unitrak is a 1/18 semi-build trail crawler that lets the owner create an individual utility-style rig while avoiding the most complex parts of a full kit. Its chassis and portal axles are pre-assembled, but the electronics, beadlock wheels, bumpers and moulded accessories still require installation, and the clear Unitrak body is ready for a custom polycarbonate paint scheme.
Standard metal transmission gears and brass wheel weights upgrade key areas before the first run, improving durability and helping keep weight low around the tyres. A 104:1 drivetrain with a 55-turn motor prioritises smooth low-speed torque, while the chassis-mounted servo and panhard bar support a steering angle of up to 45 degrees. The four-channel radio controls a full lighting suite with headlamps, brake, reverse, indicators and hazards, making the finished Unitrak especially detailed for its compact scale.
