About the Losi Mini JRX2

The Mini JRX2 is Losi's smallest ready-to-run buggy, built at 1/16 scale so it suits indoor floors, gardens, or anywhere a full-size RC car wouldn't fit. It's designed as an easy entry point for newcomers rather than an experienced racer's second car.

The painted polycarbonate body sits over a 2mm fibreglass chassis plate, with independent five-link suspension and oil-filled aluminium shocks on a 7mm bore at each corner. Drive goes to the rear wheels only, and full ball bearings throughout the driveline keep things turning smoothly with little upkeep.

A Jr's Choice 42-turn brushed motor and a 25A 2-in-1 ESC with a built-in receiver handle the power, drawing from the included 650mAh LiPo battery and 0.5A USB charger. It's not a fast setup by design, which keeps it manageable for beginners learning throttle control in a driveway or garden rather than pushing for outright speed.
