2S 7.4V LiPo batteries for small cars, boats and receiver packs.
A 2S pack is two LiPo cells in series - 7.4V nominal, 8.4V fully charged. It is the entry point for most electric RC, and the size used by 1/16 and 1/18 cars, small boats, park flyers, and almost every receiver and transmitter pack. Light, cheap and far more forgiving than the bigger sizes.

Maniax - receiver batteries with JR and BEC plugs, and higher-capacity 5200mAh packs. Radient - good value general-purpose packs. Main pack or receiver pack?
Not every 2S battery is a drive battery. Receiver and transmitter packs are built for steady low current over a long period and usually come with JR, BEC or Futaba connectors; drive packs are built to dump current quickly and come with XT60 or Deans. They are not interchangeable, so check what the listing says before ordering.
Capacity and C rating
mAh sets run time, C rating sets how hard the pack can be discharged. At 2S the common trap is buying more capacity than the battery bay will take - measure first. For a small car or a park flyer, 2200 to 3000mAh at 25C to 40C covers most needs.
Safety
Charge on a LiPo-capable balance charger, never unattended, and store at around 3.8V per cell. Retire any pack that swells or is punctured. See LiPo safety bags and balance chargers.
