Mini Servos

Mini Servos

Mini servos sit between micro and standard sizes, usually weighing around 20–40g. They are popular for 450 to 550 size helicopter cyclic and tail servos, glider wings, sport planes and 1/10 touring or 1/12 scale cars where a full-size servo will not fit.

Choosing a mini servo

• Torque: most mini servos deliver around 3–12kg – use the Torque kg filter to narrow the range.
• HV: high-voltage mini servos run direct from a 2S LiPo for extra speed and torque.
• Coreless and brushless motors give faster, smoother response for helicopters and racing.
• Metal gears stand up better to crashes and heavy loads.

Brands include Savox, KST, MKS, Align, Futaba, Hitec and Spektrum. Replacement gears and cases are in our Servo Spares section.
