Hyperion Motors

Hyperion motors

Hyperion makes brushless motors for RC planes, helicopters and other electric models. Its Z series outrunners come in a wide spread of sizes and KV ratings, from small sport motors to larger units for scale and 3D flying.

To choose a Hyperion motor, work from the power your model needs. Match the motor size and KV to your battery cell count and propeller (or head speed for a helicopter), then check the shaft size and mounting pattern. The size in the title, such as 4035, describes the stator. Make sure your ESC can supply the motor's current.

Product titles show the key specs, such as size, KV or turns, so you can compare motors at a glance. Use the KV, Motor Size and Shaft Size filters to narrow the range. You may also need Motor Pinions, Motor Spares or Motor and ESC Combos.
