Ready-to-run RC bashers: Kraton, Typhon, Talion, Mojave and more.
Arrma build ready-to-run bash machines - fast, tough, and designed to survive being thrown off things. Everything here is UK stock, and we hold the spares, because with Arrma you will need them.
Monster trucks
- Kraton - the best-known Arrma. 1/10 4S, 1/8 6S and EXB, and the 1/5 8S EXB.
- Granite - 1/10 4X4, brushed Mega or brushless 223S. The traditional monster truck shape.
- Big Rock - 1/10 and 1/7, the wider more road-going stance.
- Quake - 2WD 223S BLX. 35mph on 2S, over 50mph on 3S, and an affordable way into brushless.
- Gorgon - 1/10 2WD, RTR or builders kit. Built as a first Arrma.
Stunt trucks
- Outcast - 1/10 4S and 1/5 8S EXB. Roll cage on show, built for wheelies and backflips.
- Notorious - 1/8 6S, the middle size in the stunt truck format.
Buggies, truggies and short course
- Typhon - the buggy. Mega, 223S, 6S and TLR Tuned. Quick over smooth ground.
- Talion - 6S truggy, BLX and EXB. Buggy speed with more ground clearance.
- Vorteks - stadium truck, 2WD and 4X4. Between a short course truck and a buggy.
- Senton - 4X4 short course truck.
- Fury - 2WD short course truck, and an affordable way in.
Desert and street
- Mojave - 1/7 and 1/8 desert truck. Long travel suspension for rough open ground.
- Infraction - street basher, 1/7 6S and 1/8 3S. Low and fast on tarmac.
- Felony - 1/7 6S muscle car, the Infraction's stablemate.
- Limitless - the speed run car. 8S, and over 100mph with the right gearing.
Small scale
- Grom range - the 1/18 and 1/16 versions: Mojave, Typhon, Granite and Gorgon Groms, plus the Mini Kraton. Cheap to run, cheap to fix, and small enough to actually use.
Which one? If this is a first Arrma, the Gorgon, Fury or a 1/18 Grom. For jumping and rough ground, the Kraton. For flat-out speed on tarmac, the Infraction or Limitless. For open desert-style terrain, the Mojave. Buggies are quickest on smooth dirt; monster trucks cope better with everything else.
A note on batteries. Arrma quote 2S, 3S, 4S, 6S and 8S. The number is the battery the car is built for, and it drives both the performance and the running cost - a 6S machine needs two 3S packs and a charger to match, which is worth budgeting for alongside the car.
What EXB and DSC mean. EXB is Extreme Bash spec: upgraded components fitted at the factory, the parts most people break and replace anyway. DSC is Dynamic Servo Control - a small screen on the transmitter for adjusting steering and throttle response without plugging anything in.
Spares. These get driven hard and parts break. We stock replacement arms, driveshafts, diffs, spur and pinion gears, electronics and body shells across the range - see RC car spare parts.
