why is my rc car servo making noises ?

The digital servo noise sounds normal for a new vehicle, once the car is run / bedded in this might quieten a little, but its expected digital noise.

you could double check the freeness of the steering by disconnecting the linkage and checking the steering system. The suspension pivot balls, or track rod balls might be a little tight (as new) and would benefit by fine tuning.
