Intelligent Freewheeling Technology for Efficient Cooling Incorporating innovative intelligent freewheeling technology, the MAX5 HV G2 ESC effectively reduces heat generation, resulting in higher driving efficiency. This design, combined with super-high power capabilities, reduces operating temperatures by approximately 30 degrees, enhancing overall ESC stability and reliability. It's worth noting that under heavy load conditions, the MAX5 HV G2 operates only slightly warmer than the previous MAX4 HV model.

Outstanding All-Weather Protection The MAX5 HV G2 boasts an IP-67 waterproof rating, ensuring excellent waterproof and dustproof protection. This all-weather capability allows your power system to tackle various terrains, including mud, sand, ice, snow, and water, without jeopardizing the power unit's integrity. However, please note that the IP67 protection level is splash-resistant, water-resistant, and dust-resistant under normal use and may degrade with time. Avoid prolonged soaking to prevent product damage.

1/5th Scale Power System with Turbo Timing Technology This ESC supports up to 24 degrees of Turbo Timing adjustment, resulting in a significant increase in performance. For optimal results, it's recommended to pair the MAX5 HV G2 with the new HOBBYWING EzRun 56118 SD G2 motors. Note that Turbo timing cannot be activated for non-Hobbywing EzRun 56118 G2 motors.

Upgraded Capacitor for Enhanced Protection Compared to the previous MAX5 ESC, the MAX5 HV G2 features a 45% increase in total capacitor capacity (1260uF). This substantial capacity eliminates the need for external capacitors in 5th scale models. Additionally, the ESC includes a built-in capacitor thermal protection function, ensuring safe operation at all times.

Powerful Built-In BEC The ESC is equipped with a super BEC, offering a maximum output current of 25A and switchable output voltages (6V/7.4V/8.4V). This feature ensures compatibility with high-torque servos available in the market.

Built-In Anti-Spark Design and Comprehensive Protection The MAX5 HV G2 ESC features a built-in anti-spark circuit to safeguard the battery plug when using higher voltage batteries (6-12S), reducing the risk of injuries.

Optimal Compatibility with EZRUN 56118 SD G2 Motor This combo achieves perfect compatibility when the EzRun MAX5 HV G2 ESC is used in tandem with the EzRun 56118 SD G2 motor. The sensored ESC/motor combination offers a smooth and precise control experience, featuring overheat thermal protection to prevent motor overheating. Please note that non-Hobbywing EzRun 56118 SD G2 motors do not offer motor overheat protection.

Real-Time Data Recording and Monitoring By connecting the ESC to the OTA Bluetooth module and utilizing a mobile phone app, you can monitor real-time data and operating status, including throttle, voltage, current, temperature, and speed. Note that the effective Bluetooth transmission distance is approximately 5m.

Enhanced Waterproof Protection with New Sensor Wire Interface The new sensor wire interface improves the ESC's protection level, addressing waterproof concerns commonly associated with traditional interfaces. Notably, this ESC supports sensored motors with common interfaces.
