Align has expanded its TB series with a new addition aimed squarely at the mid-size range. This latest offering is none other than the Align TB40, a 400-class model set to compete in the 380-400 class helicopter market.
As Align undergoes a comprehensive refresh of its model lineup, the spotlight now shines on the Align TB40, a robust 400-class helicopter. This agile machine can accommodate main blades ranging from 370mm to 400mm, positioning it as a strong contender within the 380-400 class helicopter category.
From the initial teaser image, it's evident that the TB40 retains the signature design elements seen in previous TB models, bearing a striking resemblance to both the TB70 and TB60.
While the TB40's announcement follows the release of the TB70, it's worth noting that the TB60 was unveiled recently.
As of now, details remain scarce, with the only known specification being the 8mm main shaft diameter, mirroring the main shaft of the trusty old T-Rex 500.
This means this replacement kit will follow the original 500 class, maybe slight smaller, but match up with the current Align 470, however stronger and agile.
